Tabon Festival

The Tabon Festival of Urban Arts and Culture is a signature annual event created and organized by AfroNova Media in collaboration with Aidoo Centre. This festival showcases productions by students from AUCC and other universities in kasahari (street poetry), short stories, short form films, art, photography and music in honor of the community’s roots. It is held at Discovery House and adjoining street corners. The event is in collaboration with local business, media, hospitality, banks, the traditional authority, the police and medical services.
